Watching my clock tick to 18 mins. Thinking of how many pug drops I could have played.

Anything that speeds that up is good. The wait times are burning me out.

At least add horn or sound effect warning so I can leave it up searching while I'm off in the kitchen or something.

won't make a bit of difference as long as CW continues to cater to large groups and ignores the rest of the player base.

Just a noob question because I do not know. When the map is reset are contracts reset as well? Just wondering because some may take certain contracts due to the current map direction?

I PUGged for 2 out of 3 wins Friday night. I did this against solid Clan Wolf opponents. *SHRUG* I did not feel ignored.

Don't much care for CW still, maps are like DOTA maps, which IMO is a terrible design for this game.

I reckon I'd prefer to reset after we have clan wave 3. level the playing field as far as mech choices go, at least.

Not a big CW fan, but the changes seem decent.

Just out of curiosity, what benefit is there to resetting the maps?

Why even do it, if it resets quarterly? I mean there is no incentive to take/keep a planet. Might as well make it a quo like regular games...they need to make it much harder to take a planet/extend the length between cease-fire. Maybe this way they would reduce the need to reset once a year or so. Also, give something to the faction for holding a planet. Who knows maybe once a month a faction gets # of planets x 10,000 bills. (I realize bigger factions would get much more money I'm not giving an exact reward system here). This way there's an incentive to keep going before reset.

As long as the CW game modes aren't compelling I don't really care what they do with it. I'd rather have objectives that influence the PvP fighting. Something a little more along the lines of WoW's Warsong Gulch (though obviously they can't get quite that extravagant) and less "zerg rush the generators".
