While I do like it, it does sound like "breaking news" for the channel 5 news (aka Davion's War Horn).

I agree. Sean Lang (NGNG) had it equipped for a few matches and he said the same thing. Every time it went off he started chuckling and asking if other teammates heard it. I admit I was chuckling too while watching.

I suppose it would be good if you were Ron Burgundy, but for the rest of us, it is kind of hilariously bad.

Agree totally, but what would be a suitable change? and what about the others? They're not very good, especially the Liao and Kurita one, they need to be more action packed like steiner and marik warhorn.

Okay, sure, it sounds vaguely Japanese to my completely Western-centric ears, but it sounds more like a doorbell than a war horn. Seems like Taiko drumming would be more inspiring than that.

Davion is by far the goofiest of all the faction horns. Sounds like some cheesyass monday night football sh*t (e.g. ).

Kurita is fine...but sounds more like the intro to a peaceful tea ceremony rather than a war horn. I agree that a primal Taiko drum would be more appropriate.

I find it very fitting to Davions heritage. When that "War" Horn goes off I can close my eyes and imagine this sound being played by the french army.

There just needs to be a sound, a fanfare of sorts being played when hoisting the french war flag, the White Eagle on White Ground.
