pfff, ya lo veo en inglés, al menos espero que el juego meresca la pena y no sea solo el nombre. Por favor al menos intentarlo de sacar subtitulos para los demás idiomas, gracias.

Yeah, i prefer subtitles too.

Here in Russia, where i live, i have many friends, who dont speak English at all. They desperately want game to be translated, but afraid of russian localisators and publishers, coz they can take a candy bar and turn it into a piece of s%$t. So i take a minimal risk and play an english version. Also, i have make an offer to developers, if they need the localisation team ^__^ coz we are doing this damn good B)

Indeed, you have totally shown how "damn good" are you speaking English and how good would you localize the game.

Back to the topic, I speak English and Polish fluently, and I'm a Pole, but I say a big "no" to localization. I don't want to play with people from my future clan raging about "what the f&*k is działko cząsteczkowe?", and I want people to learn English my way - playing games in English.

i want to play this game and i want to only speak English, the only language everyone (mostly) understands. i'm not natively English but i do NOT want mechwarrior in my own language. and if the language is chosen by the server, well then i will likely not play the game. because i will likely be on a German or near by server, and i do not know German. unless there will be a Europe server in UK so it can be English, i will not be playing - unless i get to chose language on my own..

language localisation is a nice thing but i think it needs limits
names for mechs, weapons and equipment should stay in one language ( in this case english )
that makes it much easier and less confusiong for everybody to talk about the same things

+1
No localization specially for this reason.

Having said that I can speak english, french, portuguese, spanish and, if needed italian. So I really don't care. In the last game I played I was in an all german guild for a while even if I don't speak more than a couple of words. In combat you don't need a lot of vocabulary.

Ps.
For those who defend an one language only per server. Playing in multi-language servers taught me to curse in russian, polish, greek, turkish, romenian, etc... Do you really want to discard this type of knowledge?

I wouldn't mind if it was added, but there are more English speakers in china than in the USA.

1st, im not a translator, but manager.
2nd, even translators may dont know very good the language from which they translate. They must know good the language they translate TO, are'nt?

English is such a simple language, but the BT lore is quite different from the rest, as it has a loooong history of localisation. I still get confused sometimes if I have to call it "LSR" (LangStreckenRaketen) or "LRM"... That said, I'll stick to English, but still localisations will draw in players not firm with the language. Give them a choice.

My english are good, it really am.

Seriously though, Im all for whatever makes the game enjoyable to the largest audience. Plus, Imagine you are in a limping mech with your base just within reach and through the fog comes a fully geared atlas staring right at you, I bet everyone says the same thing regardless of which language its in. I prefer a large audience to experience that.
