On Friday morning (in CET time) I was happy to see, that there will be spring sale and since I've been waiting to buy Sparky I bought some MC so that I will have enough of it to buy it. And till the sale starts I had enough time to elite other two Griffins. So I bought GRF-3M and GRF-1N. But when buying second one I didn't notice that selection was on MC instead of c-bills. And now I don't have enough MC for Sparky ... Of course I've post to support right away. But except of automatic reply, nothing. I know it's my fault. But ... I'm sad.

Easy mistake to make. I some times think that PGI ought to implement a 10 or 15 minute cooldown on purchases so that if you make a mistake you can instantly refund your MC within that small time window. I'm thinking similar purchase refund policies to the Apple app store and Google play store.

Yes, or simply put default buy on C-bills not on MC.

Support will likely get back to you Monday and sort it out. They're actually pretty great.

Yeah.... I wouldn't sweat it, support has always been top notch for me with PGI. Its one thing that they do in fact do right, or at least with my mistakes they have always handled it within 3 days tops. I wouldn't worry about it, they will handle this for you.

I've had really good experiences with support. I accidentally bought a paint color instead of applying a nearly identical one that I already owned. They refunded the MC for the paint and I got to keep the color too!

OR you could slow down and relax before just clickclickclick OH NO! As he said, his fault. I dont have a lot of sympathy for that, sorry. But PGIs pretty good about helping people out, so hell be fine.

Well , it could be worse.

Last year a guy "accidentally" sold his 2 Timber Wolfs from Clan Pack while selling mechs to buy a Stalker.

Despite this game's problems, support is not one of them - they are great.

Once, I accidentally bought the most expensive MC pack instead of the far cheaper one I wanted - the stupid website defaulted to the most expensive, and I must have clicked too many times. I explained what happened, and they corrected it, and then I bought the MC pack I wanted. So, they literally gave me money back based on nothing but an honest explanation as to what happened.

I think you'll be fine, but good luck.
