So every time my game starts loading into Veridian, I get the Read error 0 bytes out of 128 or whatever exactly the number is.

Just wanted to let you guys know, I heard the map really sucks anyways because its really small and full of stuff to get snagged on. So actually I hope that it doesn't get fixed so I never have to play this sad excuse for a map. Only reason I'm reporting this is because I have to re-start my pc every time it happens or the error continues.

Cheers

Maybe a .pak error files.

You need to launch repair tools and hope it will not corrupt more files itself or wait next patch incoming soon.
If iron should give some advice about this he is welcome ^^

And here it is, my advice: don't do anything.
It is a sh*tty map. Be glad you only have to endure a restart instead of the agony that is this map.

No really, just admit publicly you believe in *****ing people over with an AFK.

As for your actual problem, with Repair Tools being bugged, only thing I can think of is Uninstall then Reinstall.

Ok, serious advice then:

Run the repair tool with admin rights, twice at least.
Not much else you can do apart from a complete reinstall and hoping it won't screw up that or other files again.

Also, your whole system freezing is not a good sign. Make sure all your drivers are updated and windows as well. If you're running the game in fullscreen, switching to full windowed might help, too (with the system freezing, not the actual, corrupted file).

If any of that works you get to see and feel just how great "'Nam: MWO-edition" is and then you can ragequit it on your own volition instead of having a bug doing it for you.

When error appear, try to press [enter] once, if one error reappear keep pressing [enter]..

If you heard a " DING " windows error-sound like, it mean your system isn't freezing also keep pressing [enter] if you always heard a " DING " sound it's ok you have to continu, it should end after 5 - 10 second full pressing enter then MWO will close and you shall back to desktop.

It work for me like this when i have same sort of cryengine error.

Sorry for weak english.
