eh, I tend to favor at least some specific nods to the stock loadout. I do think in most cases, it should be weighted more toward general quirks, instead of 50/50 as I believe it would allow and encourage more build diversity, but that it still should operate at peak running the weapons it came out of the factory with.

For instance, if I was designing the quirks, the (S) Urbanmech would have a 20% Ballistic Cooldown, and a 10% LB-X.

Plus I'm glad the R63 doesn't have LBX specific quirks. It means I won't feel bad for putting a standard AC-10 on it.

Like Bishop said, we wanted the Urbanmech, not a joke. Others called it a joke because they wanted to, it isn't the label we ever gave it.

This mech could have gotten fun quirks that made it interesting to play, but these will be tricky due to their underwhelming nature.

As for the Jester... She may be a prankster and a clown, but she is nobody's fool . She is serious business on the battlefield.
