Simple question really.

As for me, I went with House Steiner. I enjoy the lore of the Commonwealth, some of it's hero's and the the trails they had to overcome, especially when Skye was seeking it's own independence. How it had had to work with another of the clans to help break the onslaught wrought by Clan Jade Falcon. Plus I have a fondness for German Architecture.

Templars.

I used to play against them 10-15 years ago and it is a large number of the same group. They always fought honorably and I like the ideals they promote.

I originally choose Liao because they are bad and evil. Later I choose Jade Falcon because they are also bad and evil but they also have more current CW games running while Liao doesn't seem to have that much action. At least at that time when I switched factions and switched back. The situation can be different now.

Evil factions tend to get really bad ass players as my experience in EVE tend to dictate, and I am not disappointed. I am far from bad ass but there are really really bad ass players on JF right now that they are practically one man army wrecking machines even if they choose not to affliate with any squad.
