so i thought have about adjust it's Torso Yaw atm at elite it's 78
i think it's fair if the Misery gets 90 (elite) after all it's not that competitive mech
and it do cost real money to get this mech.

The current accepted wisdom appears to be that the Stalker 4N is the current pinnacle of IS assault mechs. As an occasional Stalker driver, and having mastered them all, I'd say that in general the Misery is only a small step behind and is in many circumstances actually superior to the 6-LL 4N meta build.
So no, there's nothing wrong with the stalker at present. I also used to rage about it's lack of torso twist but ultimately it isn't an Atlas, i.e. it's not supposed to be a close-in bruiser.

not sure what game you playing.
but my KC running around 65 Mph with enough firepower to outmatch a Direwolf.
also wanna point out this infamus 6 LL build i never ever seen anyone ever used a build like that.
likely something from a fairy tail. must be a unicorn build i never seen it.
like 6 large lasers is anything in particular good......and above all it's not even logical while you can fit 2 SRM that out preform dps wish.

Bullsheet. Maybe a gimp setup Direwolf.

Are you kidding me? the 6LL 4N is THE meta mech right now. you fire in two groups of three because of the IS LL ghost heat buff. I run it almost exclusively as my assault mech and get top damage in kills almost every match.

Is this a troll?
The 6LL STK-4N is the current IS laser vomit meta and it is quite powerful. It can be used in both CW and PUG land but probably sees more use in CW. I have seen a few in PUG drops though. There are two reasons it is popular
1) It has several stacked large laser quirks which are really nice
2) The IS ghost heat limit on large lasers was raised to 3
This means that it can either fire a 6LL alpha that won't overheat in one shot ... or more efficiently ... it can alternate firing banks of 3 LL without incurring ghost heat. This lets it deal out a lot of damage very efficiently ... likely more than your king crab though I haven't run the numbers.
... and that is all there is to it.
Whether the STK-4N is actually OP ... I have no idea .. I tend to think not that much ... it doesn't seem as over-effective as the pre-nerf quirked TDR-9S which was an excellent brawler and sniper ... now it is still an excellent sniper but doesn't have the heat capacity to keep up in a steady brawl.

OK, our opinions on the Crab will just have to differ.
In relation to your comment about never having seen anyone drive the 6 large-laser Stalker 4N... It is MWO that you're playing? If you really don't see anyone using that setup... I'm not sure what to say to you. I'm far from being an incredible player on any level but your current ELO bracket must differ slightly from mine. Just saying. The 4N with 6 LL is probably one of the most used meta-mechs in the entire game.
My only advice to you would be that it might be sensible for you to play a few (hundred) more matches before questioning things that are demonstrably pinnacle equipment at the present time. Learn why they're good and then express your opinion. I'll say this as gently as possible: at present you come across as being remarkably uninformed about the subject matter on which you profess knowledge.

I'm not questioning your K/D ratio. Can you not see that? I'm questioning why you believe that the Stalker is terrible when nearly all the best players in the game (a group of which I'm not a member) would say that it is in fact arguably the best current IS assault mech, and arguably one of the top 3 assault mechs in the entire game.
You have failed to provide any evidence to support your position that the Stalker is terrible other than the fact that it has poor torso yaw vales, something that nobody disagrees with!
Time after time the Stalker, and the 6-LL 4N which you say you've never seen anyone use, has been listed as one of the pinnacle designs in the game as it stands today. But let't not take my word for it, here's some evidence supporting my position, and the general position of the player base:
1. Solo queue (which you claim to play) mech tier list, the 4N being listed at Tier 2: http://metamechs.com...ists/solo-list/
2. Group queue mech tier list, the 4N again being listed as one of the best IS assault mechs: http://metamechs.com...sts/group-list/
3. In-depth discussion of Stalker builds with the 6-LL 4N being favourite: http://mwomercs.com/...4n-vs-5m-vs-5s/
Search the assault mech builds sub-forum, it contains loads of advice about how to get the best from your Stalker. I'm not going to debate this any further with you. You claim never to see what you describe as a "unicorn" build for the Stalker 4N. The same Stalker 4N that features in every IS drop deck and in every PuG I've played since the chassis received its last set of quirks which was some time ago. If this reality is somehow different to your version of MWO, there's little more to be discussed.
I'm done here, good evening to you.
