highest was Davion, which is fine with me because they have a strong military based on merit rather than family names which is never good.

Second was Marik, which would be my first choice because of the freedom, multi culturalism and democracy.

Some of the answers i guessed, like the alcool one, i prefere porto rum beer vodka but only saw weird choices and i dunno how much that would chance a faction.

all right here are my answers (forgot them at 1st so i took the test multiple times )


1.Insular - foreigners should live in their own country, not here

2.I challenge him to an honorable one-on-one duel (i know this is clanner behavior, what id actually do is get a dakka crab and dakka the hell outta him , i might duel him though you never know!)

3.People should be judged by their own merits, not by their birth (true)

4.High living standards (if not, i wouldn't have a computer to play this game! And also, high living standards usually has a strong military w/ it

5. don't mix drinks ( to young to drink, i prefer hot chocolate or various flavors of gatorade)

6.To be capable of every sacrifice (really didn't know what answer to pick, so i chose this one)

I don't get all the fascination people have about Sparta. A society ruled by slaver fascist narrowminded brutes were everyone not strong enough to fight was second class "citizen" (or dead). That's pretty much the Battletech's Clans, right?

I'm surprised; i thought i'd be more suns, considering my Scottish Heritage. My love for family, friends and home and protecting them and the freedom to freely express oneself is how i am . Well .... after reading the description of Marik, it makes sense. Sorta..lol

Scottish = more Steiner than Davion.

True...i didn't fully read the descriptions. It makes sense to be steiner i am good with money for the most part, hmmmm.
P.S. Im not actually scottish, my family has scottish backgrounds on both sides.

Davion is the next highest with steiner and rasalhague tied voor second(well 3rd if we count comstar).

This is exactly what i was thinking before taking the test! Seems to work fine!

I am a little surprised that the Kurita score was that high. The 2nd language question must carry a lot of weight. I have read 44 Battletech/Mechwarrior novels and I did enjoy some of the House Kurita storylines but most involved Victor Steiner-Davion

Comstar is interesting. I read a lot of stories involving them.

Clans are not a surprise. I played Clan in MWLL and belonged to Hell's Horses.

That was a fun little survey.

This test is balls. I put in that I value freedom and that people should be judged by their own merits and not birth and it gave me Liao for no other reason I can see other than I selected my second language to be Chinese since many of the coworkers I have in my career are of Chinese origin and it would help me communicate with them better. It gave me Liao. The oppressive dictatorship that doesn't care about individual rights because you exist to better the state. Yeah, that totally matches up with me valuing freedom and people being judged by their own merit.
