Ok, I have been having disconnect problems since March. The last couple of days Alex has been trying to help me on it. However, today, I uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it. Now the Patcher keeps closing before completion. I thought maybe the first download was corrupted, so I deleted and tried again but got the same result.

Mind heading over to this thread and posting the contents of the log files mentioned there? Specifically the bootstrap logs.
