A combination of:
- cooltext.com
- Photoshop
- Stormlights link to a nicely done MWO trailer shot
- Nvidia's Shadowplay
- kinda lots of patience for a lot of mouse clicking

I can do simpler ones

But if you left out the video on the left it would lose a lot of movement
You could make the words simply solid but nice looking, you know not animated

And all of a sudden you only have you're favorite mech running through you're banner shooting some guns
