The scary part for me is that people were actually willing to take his claims of being a competitive gamer even a little bit seriously.

The only reason I can see is that you must not be as great as you say you are.

BUT WoT premium Tanks do NOT get 50% more exp, only 50% more credits.
Not knowing that does not help your Pro reputation

1. you havent played the game so everything you say is a guess
2. you have presented nothing to support your claim as a proffesional gamer other then spouting facts that any causal gamer would know by googleing a few basic things
my conclussion, you are ether someone who is full of them self, or a troll
Actually if you read what you just posted, you just trolled... I am currently under an NDA from a developer, so goading me into stroking my epeen or listing my gaming experience is not going to happen.(well, unless you have more money or a better offer, which I doubt) Of course all this is meaningless anyways, as they were just questions and suggestions, if you cannot constructively add to a post, why post? From what I did see of the forums this is not WOW crossroads...

I am registered for some days now...
Yet, I got plenty experience in MMOs and Beta of such...
Yet, I am a Battletech-Fan since my 12th Birthday (When I received William H. Keith jr. / Mercenary´s Star, which totally started my SF/Fantasy - reading and thus brought me to my soon to be Magister in German and English Literature)...
Yet, I don´t pull off any "attention-*****´s most likely" posts as the primary announcer...
(And Yaay!! to anybody who got the joke!)

Well point one is that our Pro gamer is lying about his great and expert playstayle if that is his account, he did not play all the tanks for one (all the French are missing e.g. and pro have a better win ratio then he has 51% is a joke for a pro. Even an old man like me did better.

so. lets get this straight:
you claim to be a payed 'pro' gamer without a single bit to back it up.
you make woefully inaccurate and flawed assumptions about a game you havn't even taken 5 minutes to research.
and we are supposed to buy what your selling?
Im smelling something on the air. Not sure what it is...

That being said, I believe he should have done a bit more digging before he posted, as most of the things he's asking about have been answered already.
- MWO will not have "premium" mechs other than the Founders' Mechs, and even then, it's only a 25% C-Bill boost.
- Lasers colors denote what size laser they are, red for smalls, green for mediums, and blue for larges.
- There is no "premium" ammunition, and while some weapons do have different ammo types, they often do radically different things, like Inferno SRMs adding heat to an enemy mech or LB-X Autocannon rounds firing in a shotgun spread.
Then I am a little confused... Their entire income will be off premium accounts? Trion Worlds(makers of Rift) is trying to release End of Nations, as a free to play strategic RTS, problem is lack of a decisive way to generate income. They don't want it to be pay-2-win, and they don't want to copy WOT. They wanted the income off the game to be largely generated by selling in game vanity items... They now understand that WON'T work. Power gamers don't care if you make their large lasers all pink and dress their mechs up as unicorns, if it can take more, or dish out more dps, that is what they will roll with. In fact the best clan in WOT was MLP(My Little Pwnies)
LIke I said I really hope the devs do something with MWO that will keep it fresh and active but in the end the devs need to get paid to keep them happy, which will keep them churning out updates. Devs are still humans after all.(although some will argue that - LOL)

He's got all the premium tanks, so he has money.
Now, I'm a pretty avid gamer, but not professional. And yet, I've never had a Win/Loss ratio as low as 1:1 in ANY GAME EVER.
Professionally bad, maybe.
