not seing many online at all tonight

about 30 in cw and queing for ages to get in any public games not usually like it for me

That sounds about right, most of the guys in my unit can't be bothered to play anything other than GTA V at this moment... If only they knew what they were missing...

Actually it because there is a map reset on the 21st....

Also, clan mechs are not in a good place right now, very hot compared to IS mechs and making it rather unfun. Not sure what they plan to do to fix it.

I looked in announcements...Russ doesn't mention a date for reset...Do you have a solid source for this?

You want to know where everyone's at, OP? *points to the solo queues*

If they aren't playing a completely different game, the bulk of the MWO population is over at the public solo queues.

It's the end result of all the (hardcore) units telling PUGs to either join a unit or GTFO, & judging by the subtle lack of players in CW, the PUGs chose to do the latter. Thus, you know who to thank for turning CW into a ghost town.

Most people play solo queues now and days cause it's fast and easy to get into rather then waiting 5-20 mins for a match and CW is broke, currently it's impossible for the lower populated factions to capture a planet, therefore most players aren't playing because it isn't worth their time. Likewise CW is pointless cause caping planets doesn't bring any awards.

Right because the map reset GTA 5 (for PC) Spring Time coming around have nothing to do with it at all.

NS has mostly taken a break due to 3 months of rock solid nightly drops. I still see 8 to 15 guys online. The last big hurrah was the event a few weekends ago. After that and a map reset we said take a break now ... lets see what the reset and other goodies the devs will release.


BTW ... this game is about "group" play and in fact the solo queue is mostly about group play as well considering the team which groups up wins almost every single time.

Inorite? I mean people totally left because they couldn't 7ldnt hack it. Glad those pugs ran off to where they belong! Certainly a map reset announcement could NEVER make people lose interest in a persistant map game mode...

Well I came back to see what they have done, just added some info it would seem and bits and pieces in the game , but still massive wait times!

Can't imagine why people would not want to play! And it still says Beta , now that's funny!

Yeah, with no map reset now the map is irrelevant. Game mechanics have had sweeping balance changes, cementing in imbalances that were created months ago. The only thing worse than a map reset is no map reset. I'm pretty hardcore into CW but this pretty much kills any interest I have in playing CW. We need a map reset, fresh start with the new changes.
