You're right. It's a list of 8, including the ECM griffin (2 M per side torso, 2E arm, ECM)

Don't forget to combine it with the Mad Cat D's -5% energy heat arm that the chassis totally needed to have.

SSRM boating with some energy? Huge Centurion. Still meh but some options that can make it play other roles.

Highlander and Locust get NOTHING new. What 2 MGs and 2 MLs? Highlander basically got one extra medium laser.

Griffin 2N removes the 3M from every single gameplay style. Boat the same loadout and then you have ECM.

Missiles for the Nova. Not bad, something good to add. Maybe some extra missiles/lasers on the Ice Ferret on different arms. Mist Lynx gets ballistics... Not sure is it a Dwf variant or Hellbringer variant? Heard talk of Dire Wolf with two energy center, and Hellbringer would be a good choice since it got no love last time.

And yay Timbergod and Doomcrow. Russ EXTREMELY favors them considering he says he thinks about STK-4N being nerfed and then he says that he ain't nerfing Clans at all, even though I'd just rather them buff the under achievers... which they aren't doing right now really...

The 3M still has tighter missile hardpoints for convergence, so there's that. In general though yeah it's some grade-a powercreep.
