To answer your question: I think you have to use Twitter. @mwosupport #exploits

I legitamately have never had to report something like this. It isn't a support ticket because I don't need any support.

I also don't use twitter

It obviously is a support ticket if you want the devs to support your report.

If you believe someone is exploiting, you file a support ticket. Simples.

You're being a Richard Cameron now.

You've been around long enough to know to utilize the proper channels for reporting. You breaking the forum rules is no different than this exploit being used.

The video you posted includes the names of all involved = name and shame.

Some simple video editors allow you to put blocks in certain parts of the screen for certain durations. You can do that or simply crop the video before the score screen.
