I love this game and I try to keep playing it and contribute by buying mech packs. However, I keep checking on CW every once and a while and realize... No ones buying it yet.
So I play less and spend no more. I willckeep looking in from time to time to see if CW becomes anything more than another assault match.

Who OKs plans and a budget for a suspension bridge from the star port to the upper city district when just a few meters away there is a cliff side they could have carved a road into. Heck, the water is only a few meters deep, they could have filled it in and placed a road across it.
That bridge is more pointless than the Detroit People Mover...and trust me, the DPM is POINTLESS. I'm guessing the Mayor of River City is a distant relative of Coleman Young.

It has to go through possibly a knee actuator and definently a hip actuator. Those are hinged joints...how the?!?What the?!?
OK, I'm just assuming Lostech. Well either that or it is the ghost of Kerensky or something like that.

Battle grid is not made out of hexagons. Base of the mech cockpit item is not hex either.

* Dodgeball in mechs: It happens every time someone tries to snipe you with any version of PPCs. Just dodge it over and over, see how many you can avoid in a row!
* Roll dat dice: In MWO you don't just just aim and fire at something to get a hit, the game will also roll a digital dice to see if the server till allow it to be a hit or not! All you tabletop fans gotta love this one!
* Exterminate all ninjas: Every time your weapons hit invisible obstacles, congrats! You've bagged another ninja!

Mind-blowing stuff like this pervades most of the maps in MWO, that's why you can't believe in them..
Streetlights in the Frozen City anyone, when all you see is the tops of the skyscrappers.. and the streetlights?
Forest Colony was the first map, and it was totally ridiculous, like what is this place, practically speaking? I have no idea. A random mess of objects and landmarks. All the maps are meaningless and artificial right in your face.
Crimson is among the better, but WHY this giant concrete balcony? And any map with water is made feel really stupid, because all the water is only like 2-4 meters deep. Especially when you know the mechs can move under water and have a special kind of interaction with it.
