Faction chat should be accessible when you're in CW lobby. It would sicnificantly help in getting those drops on a ready stage and improve queue times.
For example I was watching how people just keep queueing on same defence queues when there are only 12 attacking and like 25-35 defenders.
It would be helpful to shout at the faction chat like "Hey, we need 4 players to get drop ready on X planet."

It's so obvious they would never get this idea ( basic feature ) alone.
Whatever we know they don't check this feature suggestion topic also maybe in 1 year it will be announced in command chair for 6 next months plan.
