I am looking to purchase minis of some of my favorite mechs (Enforcer, Turkina, Ebon Jaguar, Shadow Cat, Hellbringer, to name a few.) Where could I find these for a reasonable price and relatively good quality?

Local hobby shops sometimes have them still. I know mine does. They don't get new stock in very often, though, so I've had to get a few of mine from eBay. I have one for each package I've purchased, so my collection is limited to: Atlas, Battlemaster, Zeus, Urbanmech, Warhawk, Gargoyle, and Executioner.

Iron Wind Metals has a nice selection with good quality.

Iron Wind Metals is pretty much your only option for the first 5, presuming you're trying to get 1:285 or Z-scale. The quality is going to vary between sculpts, but I think all of the ones you listed vary from okay to bad. The Cauldron Born/Ebon Jaguar is kind of pants looking and the Shadowcat is borderline. For the Hellbringer though, check eBay for the high-quality miniature that was released with the 30th anniversary box (Or the box itself, if you want to shell out a considerably more for another HQ Summoner and a bunch of potato quality 3025 mechs). It's the best Hellbringer model out there.

Oh my! Those HQ minis of the summoner and hellbringer look absolutely amazing! I have quite a collection already, but they are mostly dark age minis, mainly because I am on the younger side of the battletech age scale, so I was looking for some of the original mech's to purchase and paint myself.

Edit: Do the Iron Wind Metals figures come pre painted? If so that's a bummer

Yeah, I love those two minis. The rest of the box is awful, but those two are awesome.

Not at all. All IWM minis are supplied as unassembled bare metal parts.
