Can't Join Matches

I installed the patches last night and tryed the game today. I click the join button, it searches a bit, begins loading a map, and then suddenly I'm back in my mechlab with a message that I can't connect to the game server. Help?

K thx. Wasn't quite sure if it something to do with the patches though. I tried running the repair option on the launcher but that failed while trying to fix something.
