It's almost always more cost-effective to buy in a larger package, even if you know you're going to waste days. Just run the math and see when the MC/day of your expected playing schedule is more than the MC/day of buying in smaller lots.

PS: I really wish they'd had some Clan 'mechs on this sale, even if they were just regular variants.
