Having bested Gyrock in personal battle on the Caldera of Caldera, I claim him as my bondsman/woman/it. I hereby demand his/her/xir service in the Draconis Combine for the upcoming battle of Tukayyid.

This serves as a public notice to all former, current, and future Clan Wolf Falseborns.

Also, you did not best me in combat at all...in fact, I killed you in the brawl and your friends killed me. You were the second mech to die.

EDIT: A freebirth scumbag has no right to claim a bondsman, you are already dezgra.

The bondsman is who requests bondsref. The bondholder then decides to grant it or not.

If Alec died before Gyrok's mech even fell, Gyrok defeated him. If his team mates then ganged on him, honorable combat was thrown out of the way and no one has the right to have him as bondsman.
