Not a new player but I am new to pre-ordering packs. I bought the Resistance 2 Mauler pack so I have a few questions.

Do I have to wait for the faction pack goodies? When the time comes how do I go about choosing the faction pack?
I know the colors and patterns will have to be unlocked in mechlab when the mechs arrive, everything else?

I bought today for the bonus mech, anyone one heard when this mech is available?

The premium time that came with the pack says its banked, what about the bonus pre-order time, it doesn't say?
When will I be able to use this?
