I'd pay about one billion MC for a "COLLISION WARNING" indicator that lights up when I hit reverse and collide with whatever novice pilot decided to weld their mech to my rear. Sure, I eventually figure it out, but notification still would be helpful.

Survivor's Cockpit Item Pack

Standing item: A futuristic pistol lying on the dashboard.
Hanging item: A military radio (like this, but maybe more futuristic?)
Mounted item: Ejection handle

More immersion instead of goofy items. I'd buy it.

I second the sleeping cat....
  • an item that blinks when you are NARCED would be nice
  • hologram of the enemy paper doll in 3D matching the exact shape of said enemy, colors to match armor/structure status

A leather shoulder holster with a pistol in it, or a Bandolier as a hanging item.

Something like a field radio/phone as a standing item.

Solaris 7 Pinup girls/ ring girls poster.

An old broken prosthetic as a hanging item.

horn "my car is moving backwards" - turns on when there is an obstacle in the rear sector of 15 degrees from the axis of motion, at a distance of 15 meters, is repeated at a frequency of 2 hertz with continued movement back
Variant: the horn is audible only for friendly units and you use button to trigger it.
---

Indicator of friendly vehicle in the rear hemisphere -
It indicates the distance and direction by gradation of color to the friendly unit in the 180 degrees of the rear hemisphere. It is designed to prevent "Propping" and to manage maneuvers in a narrow place.
How it indicates:
sector of 15 degrees in the direction about the axis leg of carrier is illuminated at a distance of 50, 35, 15 meters, if less than 15 - sector flashes, some sound is possible too.
---

rear-view screen toggled by button that displays the rear hemisphere in place of tactical map;
Possible to add a skill that is improved by GXP - increases the width of angle or for activating auto-focus on unit in rear projection.

An assortment of plastic dinasours.

A hand grenade with a numbered ticket attached to the pin. It sits on a stand that says complaints department, take one.

An atlas head with one of those rolled celebration noise makers in its mouth. It blows the noise maker when you get a kill.

A rocks glass of whiskey, bourbon, scotch, apple juice, whatever you want to call it.

Or a sake carafe.

Margarita machine.

I'm not saying all pilots are drunks. Just that i am.

Finish making statue items for all mechs. Then make it so the paint job on the mech reflects the paint job of the mech you are piloting.

Or just make a statue that becomes whatever mech you are piloting and mirrors its paint scheme and camo.

If you want to make some serious money off of players who will need one for all of their favorite mechs: a small rear view back-up camera, either as a separate dashboard panel or displayed on one of the unused panels already in the cockpit that have been unused for years.

Well, the only idea I can come up with for a cockpit item that is serious (at the moment) is based on a certain nostalgia of mine, one I am sure we will not see materialize in any other way in this game for a long time, if ever, since timeline.

I want a statue, like the Atlas, Catapult, etc. statues we have, but of an Annihilator standing tall and proud. Maybe with its torso twisted a bit to one side, doing a heroic pose. That would be, well, Awesome, so to speak. :P
It would be nice to see it also keeping its antennae like the UrbanMech, just because. c:

A vintage picture frame of a loved one. Similar to what you see in ww2 movies.

I want a roll of duct tape hanging or perhaps standing, but comon you cant tell me in the year 3050 that they have phased out the use of duct tape, could be all that is holding some cockpits together :P
