Everytime you kill a mech, it operates 2-3 times to wipe that spider mess off your windshield.

-- I'd also pay a bit to be able to customize what my monitors did as well, would be really sweet to have a few options to move all/most of the hud stuff down to them - and it would jack up the immersion levels.
^ THIS! MWO really needs some immersion redesign (cockpit-wise at least)... waiting for some customization since closed beta and still nothing

PS , Can I Get an autographed Photo of Katrina Steiner ?
I would like it to say:
Thanks Finn for the Best night of my life, (sorry about the spanking , But my dad said I need to teach you Mercs a lesson.)
Katrina.

2: a line of coins that look like there stuck on the windshield on a side. To pay respects with.

How about some pirate stuff. Like a banner with the Jolly Roger. An old cannon standing item. A squawking parrot standing item, randomly it squawks during the battle. How about an Anchor hanging item.
Like the others I would love to see some type of picture of a pinup for a hanging item. Or you could make her a standing item, like the Hula Girl or Nvidia Dawn Faerie.
How about a chess game with mechs as the pieces, like lights as pawns, mediums, heavies as the rooks, knights and bishops, and a couple assaults as the king and queen.
How about an electric guitar or bass hanging item, or a drum set standing item.

I like what someone else said previously about the wakazashi or katana item.
I would expand that to faction specific weapons.
Kurita: Katana
Liao: Chinese sword
Marik: Mace
FRR: Danish war axe
Davion: Longsword (like their banner)
The clans could have some neat things for them too.

This is a contest where you must come up with a serious cockpit item idea!
The Staff will then pick the winner(s) and create the cockpit item in-game!
Then the winner(s) will receive this item for free as the prize!
Now get creative and remember; no goofy stuff this time!!
When you make them Clan, IS specific that only goes on Clan or IS mechs then maybe I will toss out some ideas. Until then, think of them on your own. Thats why you get paid the big bucks
Here is a different idea. Make some dropship bay skins. I would buy a nice clean Clan dropship bay skin so I do not have to look as IS filth anymore.

Here is an idea: make the blank monitors in the cockpit work.
Then, when they finish that, we can talk about more junk to hang in the cockpit.

P.s.... You could also add the Real plan banner as a added bonus Item that rolls up in the middle of matches to show the Real, Real plan.
P.s.s.s.... If you really want to go all blinged out, you could even make a Canadian crowd cockpit Item that says every so often, "which one do we root for?" while arty and air strikes are blowing up around them.
I mean seriously, this could bring in around 3,000-4,500 MC for the whole South Park Bling bling package, and that my friends is some serious doe!

Vibroblades are part of the Battletech universe lore that are not often represented. Whether functional or ceremonial this is an item that would be found in many cockpits.
A generic weapon for Lonewolves/mercenaries to start. Then expand to more custom designs for the Clans and Factions. For Example a Vibrodao for Liao , Vibrokatana for Kurita, Vibroaxe for rasalhague , Vibrogreatsword for Davion, Vibrozweihänder for Steiner, Vibrohammer for Marik, Vibrorapier for Jade Falcon, Vibropike for Clan Wolf , Vibrodagger for Smoke Jaguar, Vibromaul for Ghostbear ect ect.
