Yup.

I'm yet to take it out with a TAG, as it goes against everything I believe in when it comes to Locusts, in that you have to slow down or stop to hold a lock.

But from over 1KM away, it might be OK.

No Locust should ever have more than 1-5pts of armour on the head.
The hitbox is just too small, and the weight too precious.

Note the armour distribution on all of them.
Xl190, max armour (rear armour = 2/3/2) then arms/head = 5/1/5, Endo, Ferro gives you 7T of free space, with heavy front armour (which can be used as rear because of the extreme torso twist) and more than enough armour for your tiny arms and tiny, tiny head.

Yes please... I want another Lolcust to add to my collection. Locust was the first mech I got 8 kills in and I even own the Pirate's Bane, which at one point I converted into an ECM/AC2 configuration to troll the crap out of enemy pilots as the AC2 is top mounted and allowed you to ridge hump. The AC2 rounds are so small and fast that the enemy almost never sees you. Got nearly 500k CBills the first time I took it for a spin simply because of all the hit n run, flanking, and unseen bonuses.
