I have a strong desire to blast the footing out from beneath my enemies, like that poor Jenner from the MechWarrior 5 trailer.

Dude, the HBK-4G(F) is still my favorite mech to pilot and is the most fun for me to use in the public queue. Only mech I ever liked more was the HBK-4P prior to ghost heat. I'm getting bennies for driving something I was already going to use. This sounds awesome to me.

However, you have the opportunity to fix Alpine fo reelz, please, I know we all want reactible objects etc... but we have a map that basically needs to be split into two different maps completely in order to have more than 1 actual strategy on it. It's worse than Terra Therma in terms of stale gameplay. Hear my cry founders, you're my only hope...

There are many flaws in something that was requested a year ago, and promised, but never manifested itself in revising the mechlab to become smurfy-ish, but that didn't occur at about this same time.
To fair, you can play the IGP card here, as I'm sure there were more pressing things at the time (mostly getting the Clan UI design finished for the release of the Clan Packs).

*PGI ignores/delays community input for years*..........."They don't care about us or the game!!!"
It would be nice if an official response occurred so at least calm down the response. The lack of response tends to portray "nothing is wrong" or "it's probably not happening".

No, it's not about enabling user input.. it's actually ACTING on user input. Even back in the UI 2.0 discussion days, the input areas were actually there... in feedback threads. I doubt anyone on either side is actually claiming otherwise.
The difference is how that input is legitimately translated and acted upon within a timely matter (it doesn't have to be next patch immediate - it just has to be accomplished at some point of time, ideally not years later).
Feedback has to be a two-way street... and it should never function as a trashdump (mind you, there's a lot of bad ideas around too, but sometimes that still requires you to read if there is any legitimate points/opinions). So, it's not a matter of just taking feedback, but always been on acting on it and getting a more useful/direct response to it.

"Hey girl, remember me?"
*starts up the reactor*
"Yeah, just like old times. I know what buttons to push."
*weapons online*
"Want to dance? I think I still know the steps..."
*all systems activated*
"They won't know what hit 'em.."

PGI, I offer my thanks for not forgetting about us founders; however, you need to understand that the only reason I am still here is because of friends I haven't seen in years and am hoping to spend more time with in-game. Fortunately, Mom lives in another state altogether, so a short phone call should do well, but you really need to offer better incentives, such as giving the Founder's Catapult three missile slots in each arm, rather than one, and move the Center Torso energy slots to the right and left torso's, like they should be in the first place. That might actually make the C-1(F) useful, and would be a real reward for those of us who've purchased one.
We would still have weight and critical slot limitations to worry over, so adding the extra missiles slots would simply allow us to save a bit of weight and add more firepower to actually make it useful to play the 'Mech, which I haven't dusted off in quite some time. Otherwise, it's pretty useless.
Thanks.

Elite Founders didn't get mechs, so it isn't really calling them all now is it?
I know you mean veteran founders, but I feel the same way. The rules should be founders using a founders variant so we are all included. I have never stopped playing this game and even bought the Urbie $40 package, but get left out of something like this. Just another example of PGI forgetting about those that got them there.

Rest assured I will not vote for Alpine to be touched, much less have it reduced in size. I like Alpine. Let the scrubs and their like-minded lemmings go to Derp Hill. I will just continue to kill them from somewhere else.

After seeing this umm challenge i logged onto our TS where i told my mates about it, about a dozen or so are Founders, telling them that if certain criteria was met they would have a say in some development via a poll.
First statement i got and was echoed was... " Is one of the options ..get rid of PGI.." as my answer was no, well, none will be participating..

Thanks.
What are you talking about... I'm an Elite Founder and I have a 'Mech. All Founders got at least a Jenner out of this.
Veteran founders did not get a mech.
