The mech selection is to restrictive in how much of the screen real estate it uses, 4 columns and 3 rows is way too little, it should expand to whatever resolution you're using. The expanded layout at the actual mech configuration is what i always wished for, I have no need for a 3D model of the mech taking up 80% of the screen when trying to configure a mech, and only giving you enough room to see one section on the mech at a time.
