Has anyone else seen this:
Click to View Faction Details keeps popping up when highligting areas on the screen.

Yeah. It also sticks on the screen even in Testing Ground. :)

None of the tool tips seemed to be working properly. Some people got different messages, but yeah. Same thing for me.
