For SOME REASON now a few days after 1.3.391 patch the network bug where my ping goes from 285ms to 335ms every second day has returned...

Just in time for the Founders weekend event.

Perhaps because it is close to the weekend and the high population of low ping player (ie. everyone whos not Oceanic) is on... because my net hasn't changed...
