Please don't mock older players by comparing the current small hitreg issues to the SWARMS of invincible Raven 3Ls of the past.

Or the invincible jenners, dragons, etc. etc. etc.

And horrible framerate drops since last patch.

I used repair tool, my drivers are up to date, etc.

You broke the game with the patch. It worked fine for 3 years before this patch.

Horrible!!!!!

Have you tried switching back to the 32-bit client ? The game now automatically starts in 64bit if possible.

In the launcher click on the little cog-icon (upper-right corner) and choose "Force 32bit-game client"

I never realized this. I think this is my problem.

Many thanks Iron. I wish PGI would have let the user make this decsision.

I have a 64 bit operating system, but my machine is 7 years old.

I spoke too soon.

I ran 32-bit and it still plays like a slideshow. How can people who program for a living botch things so badly?

This is infuriating. I only get to play certain times due to work and now they break the game when I have time to play.

I won't be spending any more money on this game for a while - if ever.
