You charged PGI with banning someone for no good reason so the burden of proof lies with YOU.

I'm sure there's an article on wikipedia you could probably comprehend on the burden of proof, if you would like to come to understand how you are misinterpreting it.

You know, I had no idea what the huge "high profile" banning was all about, but it's not hard to see what unit the person came from, now. Apparently they don't like the big black spot it's probably put on that unit's record, for at least a while.

It happens. It fades. People move on. Sadly, so do their screen names, which constantly change through various games and forums. One reason why naming and shaming doesn't really do much is because one minute they're "Throgdor the INVINCIBLE" and the next they're "Jackhammers McHulkfists".

That being said, PGI will not and should not expose the "explicit" ways they've uncovered cheaters for the reasons already cited. If you don't like it, read the EULA. If you don't like what you read, find another game to play with an EULA you do like . . . I'll save you some time, don't bother, because it's a standard item in any EULA that any use of illicit programs and ****(EDIT: a..i...d..s? Really filter?)/tools results in permanent banning, and all you need to know is that they caught you doing it, no questions asked.

Unable to provide evidence to support claim, while also attempting to continue the conversation with short bursts of aggression in an attempt to incite anger and rebellion.

Troll.

If questioning the intention behind a ban for 'cheating' immediately after the said banned player established their desire for a refund is trolling, then I am a troll.

That is the point, and my argument is that PGI is operating without oversight or accountability if they cannot provide concrete proof on why they are literally taking money from someone.

Concrete proof on why people are taking money from people is done all the time. It's called receipts, or do you always tell people you don't want those because you think they're strips of toilet paper they're trying to hand you? You get them electronic, too, you know.

Your opinions are all unimportant to me. The only thing I am interested in is PGI's response. If they wish to operate like this, they are losing money in the long term. The people posting here blindly in support of summary unexplained bans are the tiny minority of players.
