I have two accounts but only this one is active in the forum *disclaimer* ( i used quan in forum once when this one had a gag order placed on it, BUT identified myself to those few threads I commented in ) only this one has money spent on it.

The other is f2p only so it usually drops in an event first to get preem time and mech bays.

I wouldn't waste time on having multiple forum egos its just me here.

I think people got burnt out from the last couple events. I haven't played even at my comp teams practices in a week cuz I need a break after that mind numbing Atlas play. My god is it horrible to play a T5 mech.

After Tukayyid i had to take a break. One week off for me. I was totally burned after 89 CW matches and two sleepless nights of fighting in one week. Regularly i try to play once a week because of RL, but i sometimes play more then i should.

But this huge event was definetly my last one...i swear

although your comment isn't exactly proof, let's assume you're right and I'm wrong. that's 1 account out of 17,000.

You do know that vote isn't mandatory, right?
I mean you can totally miss it as a founder and just carry on playing. Or not play, as PGI don't send the cops around if you haven't ticked your choice within a certain time frame

The exact reason I don't bother with them anymore.
I did the first tournament, Jager VS the World which lasted a whole week and got fairly decent scores on most days, managed to get on the leaderboards a few times but got knocked off of them towards the end each time ( I think my highest final ranking was 21 ) , and after a week of grinding I just couldn't stomach the game anymore, I ended up staying away for several months after that.

Not all of them voted.

Heck, if someones wouldn't have posted the link to the poll I wouldn't even have voted myself. And I meet some founders today ingame who were shocked to learn there was a poll on the forum.

You still can't deny less people are playing and many who still are play less.

I haven't played in months and thats a turn around from several hours a day. I also won't pre order the next resistance package because the artwork on two out of the last was so disgusting I wouldn't be seen in them.

Wont take the gamble on the next set. Ill wait and see if half the pack design gets left to the work experience kid before going anywhere near it with my credit card.

I don't think you're taking account of new people offsetting those players who have stopped playing.

That wasn't my point, I'm just saying there are new people joining the game, so it's not entirely a downward trend in the games population. I don't see a problem with it atm, as someone who has recently started playing the queues are pretty instant at every time of the day for me, so I don't see any problems.
