Admittedly I skimmed over the comments. I think this system would be a good idea if the voting option for improving rep only showed up after a victorious match. Also maybe it complicates the whole idea, but what about being able to vote down a rep after a loss?

Also I noticed that most players can't tell the difference between announcing an enemy contact and calling a target, but that may simply be, because there is no standard for doing so. Why would you announce a enemy contact? So the group knows they are there and can take care of them when able.
