Probably can sell it as a new variant in the gift store as they are going to hit most energy builds with a big sledgehammer. I await the return of our the flying feathered friends (Flying Streakcrow Overlords).

For all practical purposes, unless PGI loses all their senses and makes a time skip straight into BT's power creep hell era, a Summoner without jump jets is heresy of the highest order and should never be spoken of.

Endo would be more than sufficient

A good example of quirking done right to bring it just into the right side of viability. No comp meta min/maxer will ever use it but in Puglandia it's a great all-rounder and jolly good fun to drive.

SMN-PRIME
My favorite heavy atm.
But if it had Endo, it could potentially have "serious" builds. Heck, TBH, if it had endo, All I'd do to the prime would be to add 1.5 tons of armor, and 2 tons LB-X ammo. I own 2 SMN-P, and the second one is run bone stock... and the only thing holding it back is how fast it runs out of ammo.
One thing I discovered is if you know how to twist, the stock armor on the SMN goes a looooong way. I'm usually out of ammo long before I am cored out.
