Are you a pilot looking for a unit?
GHOST BEAR KODIAK PRIDE IS RECRUITING!
ATTENTION MECHWARRIORS:
Ghost Bear Kodiak Pride (call sign: GBKP) is an Oceanic, Clan-based unit that is growing and still looking for new recruits!
Don't let our time zone scare you off! We currently field members from as far west as Indonesia all the way to the East Coast of the United States - that's 13 time zones and there's a good chance that we've got someone online...
WHEN YOU WANT TO PLAY!!!
If you're further to the East or West we're still interested in you - the more time zones the merrier! We're looking forward to the day that the sun never sets on our unit.
What's more - we're looking to grow RIGHT NOW - and experience isn't a pre-requisite!
ALL TIERS are welcome! Active players and semi-active players alike. We don't discriminate because we know that all of our members are people with real lives that need living.
Maybe you're a NEW PILOT fresh out of the MechWarrior Academy slogging your way through your first 25 matches looking for that Cadet Bonus.
Or, maybe you're a GRIZZLED VETERAN running nothing but Meta with thousands of matches under your belt.
Maybe you're SOMEWHERE IN BETWEEN.
No matter!
GBKP WANTS YOU!!!
Even if you think you're not good enough - you're good enough for us. And we'll work to make you better in an environment that values camaraderie and love of the game!
If you're new to MWO we'll help you learn the tactics, the builds, the loadouts, and - most importantly - the TEAMWORK necessary to help you grow into the pilot YOU WANT TO BE!
If you've got a lot of experience we'll give you the opportunity to LEAD FROM THE FRONT and help us train our growing cadre of Ghost Bears and put that experience to good use!
Though WE'RE IN IT TO WIN IT every time we drop, we'd rather have fun than obsess over it.
If that sounds like the MechWarrior experience that you're after - then we want you to drop with us! But more importantly - we want YOU, and...
WE WANT YOU IN OUR UNIT!!!
By MWO standards we're a pretty young unit - having only started our recruitment efforts in May of 2015. We're over 30 members strong now and we're looking for the kind of MechWarrior that wants to help us build and grow strong...
GHOST BEAR STRONG!!!
Interested? Contact me here on MWO and let's get started!
Sean Kerenskov, GBKP Unit Recruiting Officer.
We look forward to seeing you on the field in Ghost Bear Blue and White recruits!

Sometimes i do 1 or 2 kills,2 kills with much luck, because SRMs doesnt have DOT like laser vomit mechs. My medium points on some matches was 175. Other matches ive did more, but never passed 300. Im a little noob.

Should be more damage without losing much. And more damage means more experience and more C-Bills.
Good luck and looking forward to meeting you in game.

Looks good. The 2x S-SRM2 should give a nice dps boost. Are you finding that you have ammo left after a match? You may want to put in an extra heatsink instead until you have all the skills/extra cooling unlocked.
There is an arm omnipod (C right arm) available to the Kit Fox that has ECM and an energy hardpoint. You could still run 2x S-SRM4s like you were, just both in the left arm.

I've responded to your message - we'll definitely welcome you as a member of the unit! I've sent you details but feel free to ask any questions if you have them.
P.S. I'll second ROO's recommendation about the ECM omnipod - that's a handy addition for the Kit Fox and makes it a more serviceable Mech!

We are a Ghost Bear Unit. I don't think everyone in the unit is a loyalist, but some (including myself) are. We have no plans to be other than Ghost Bear affiliated.
Our nominal time zone is Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), but we're actively recruiting members from other time zones as we'd ultimately like to have worldwide coverage so all of our members can play with the unit at times that work for them. We currently have unit members in 13 time zones so we've got some reasonable coverage already.
I've added you as a friend here. We'd definitely welcome you as a new member so drop me a line and feel free to ask any additional questions you might have!

Normally i never arrive to the extreme of 0 ammo. But maybe on time, when im experimented player and know how to hit without expose my mech much,i will arrive to that extreme. Also, this loadout: http://mwo.smurfy-ne...5f8e60c4fff6899 makes me thing that i will have 0 ammo when im experimented player. Maybe when im more expert i drop the 2 SSRMs2 and stay with only 2 SSRMs4,as my initial choice.
But my fault is to put SSRMs 4 instead of 6,i have more heat generation and less ammo

No. One of the officers needs to get in-game and send you the in-game invite. I'll do it this evening if no one gets in before me.
We'll be through the process soon!

Thanks for the kind words - it's easy to be committed to a group like this. I've been treated like family since the day I joined and that's been my observation of all our new members as well.
Break,
So what say you folks? Fun, family, and good times await... all you have to is ask!
GBKP wants you! C'mon and drop with us!
