So I read the latest patch notes and noticed that the only "real" viable clan mechs took quite a hit while I don't pilot either chassis this is still a heavy nerf, considering there are very limited options for other clan mechs.

so the Lower Arm Actuator rule, while its interesting and frees up a critical slot for our clan mechs, it still has a negative impact on the chassis and Ballsitics.

my suggestion is this.

1. Remove the rule completely, leave it as an option but don't allow it to affect the mounting of cERPPC/Ballistics

2. add large value arm yaw quirks to (E.G Summoner/Ice Ferret/Gargoyle) and allow those to mount lower arm for YAW movement.

3. remove cERPPC/ class 2/5 AC/UAC/LBX from the rule.

This Suggestion is to try get some buffs in for Clan underdog chassis and ballistic weapons in general.

how about option 4: make this for all mechs IS & Clans.

good example is the KC's Massive AC arms shouldn't have any lower Arm Actuators or force the AC to be within the side torso as well.

I know we are talking about Omnis but it seems highly unfair to hammer clans like they do when they are unwilling to do the same for other mechs that should have to follow the no actuator rules for many mechs regardless of them being Omnis or not.
