Well to be honest random single Players in the waiting line should simply be added to the next match that needs reinforcements.

that's actually a good idea. Just come up with a lobby that reinforces a planet that would get a callout that would hopefully cut down the times i've seen 40/80 on one planet and 24/0 on another.

I think the easiest way is , allow all mech mixed, hold the tonage drop limit.
Then you can aply also ELO inthere, and the waiting times will be 1/10 from current.

Russ said himself that solos don't belong in CW. Just gird your loins and wait the 3+ years until PGI gets around to making a game mode oriented to the other 80% of the player base.

yep. and can you imagine what would happen with STEAM release, to newbies ? They would say after one match, aaaaaah, this game sucks. uninstall..

Well Russ will fall on his nose IF he does think stamplayers would be interested in this - most players buying a game on steam are more or less solo pilots...
And i am pretty sure most of the potential players on steam will compare mwo with the old mw games.

Well that's what training grounds and tutorials are for... make it loud and clear.. CW is a group effort..

but don't worry.. PGI is smart enough not to launch the game to STEAM in it's current state.. especially when most of the player/fan base agrees that there is SO MUCH work to be done..

I's just not ready yet..

I hope It will be, someday.. But honestly, with what I'v seen from PGI's business model so far.. it never will.. they are to focused on the "short term", and not the "Long term"...

They milk money from mech packs and then nerf all the old mechs so you would buy them, they make one new map with new graphics instead of 5 new maps with old graphic packs, they worry about mech quirks when they should be adding immersion, they focus on the tiny things instead of the big things..

I don't need new mechs.. I need new maps, new music, new game modes, new mode objectives, and then after all that, new mechs.. But I don't want to pay for one mech what I would pay for, say.. all of DIABLO3.

(Seriously.. compare... TBR-A: 26$ (not even a NEW mech, just a variant!).. Diablo3 with addons and DLC's, 24,99% on sale) So why would I play MWO?

You'r lucky I'm a MW fan :-)

They should be able to play in a real solo pugs queue ... Yea i know CW isnt populated enough but maybe it isn't anymore coze pugs dont wanna play 30 minutes of full rollstomp everytime ... :)

Tukkayid event was a good example about all thoses little CW lacks/fail.... Queues fall back, waiting time for IS side, annoying notifs even with 40 full defending queues waiting :rolleyes:, stupid contracts rules, pugs vs premade rollstomp and more,

Well now they have left and now CW experiment a second wave of lefting unit players too ( because large merc units redesign CW forces every week, last reset of galaxy map ( event clanners win the event LOL ) and in fine the awareness about how galaxy conquest mode is useless/futile cause bads CW rules about units )..
