Re-release it and I want a refund, immediately, in no small part becasue the Clans have no corresponding loyalty bonuses and the IS mechs are useless to me as a clanner. And they will be legally obligated to give refunds to any and all phoenix owners that want one, because they will have breached the explicit terms of sale.

Did we really need to necro this old thread? having found it, you probably also saw the poll whre of the phoenix owners polled 55% are against it....

Do you plan on purchasing 1205 packs to make up for the potential refunds?

Polled twice, lost both times. Issue settled, move on, and if you're going to necro something, make it something useful.

They already ignored the first poll so I foresee PGI continuing to ignore polls until they get the answer they seek: a Yes vote

Really, they ignored it?. So they released the Phoenix Mechs again?. No. Ok.

They took that poll a second time because of forum whining. Lost again. Russ had indicated many times on Twitter that he has no intention to rerelease them, and actually gets annoyed with people asking. That said, it's not the Founders pack, which he has stated is 100% off limits.

PGI refused to take notice of and intentionally disregarded the first poll in order to run another. That is the definition of ignored.

The forums are whining again and Russ has said many things on Twitter that have failed to come to pass. Having one poll to re-release an exclusive offer was too many; that they willfully then had a second leads me to fully expect another in the future.
