After the patch i was able to set most Video Settings to Very High and High with Shadows, Effects at Medium and get good FPS - though right after a patch the FPS be often the best and degrade over the next few days until i am forced to lower my Settings again.
Time will tell...
Thx

I always found MWO DX11 performance worst than DX9... Lag/shutter issues when turning your mech.
Hmmmm Did they fix this ? I guess I will check it out tonight.

So you're saying your game runs great but not for long ? I wonder if there is some kind of medication for that ...

I tried this new patch on an older pc I had that use to be able to play MWO and it did had a better difference this time. Heres what my older specs had. Note: not using this PC anymore.
Quad Core 9300 with 6gb DDR 2 ram and a GTX 550 TI 2GB DDR5. Awhile back i wasnt able to use any screen res past 720 due to the FPS and patch made a nice difference so far. ill be testing it later when i get back from work tonight.
My Current Spec
i7 4790k 4.0ghz with 32gb DDR3 RAM with an ASUS GTX 780 DDR5
Ive always been running Very High Settings on it with particles at low and seems to better on keeping the FPS up past 140 with little drops now than before.
