Public Test Servers should be used in a matter of testing quirks and changes.

What is the point of having a public test server if PGI gonna use it very sparingly....

It need to be used where before releasing upcoming changes/quirks patches open the public test servers and run it up to a week with IS vs Clan setting. See the results from private matches between premades also get feedback from them not from the peanut gallery of PUGs since its gonna be flaming feedbacks. From the feedback make the necessary changes then release the patch week after the test.

exactly, there should be more use of the public tests, not necessarily with matches on, but there are many features or changes that could be tried before deciding on them
