Since PGI has decided to screw all of us in IS faction loyal units by not including us in the current event, regardless if we purchased clan mechs or not, what do you say we organize this weekend to really stick it to all those faction hopping merc units that run up the map all the time and shift all the balance where ever they want?

Aren't Gold mechs IS? If you look at the faction map it's obvious that drastic measures had to be taken. I suppose that really doesn't mean anything for you since, well life, it's all about you only.

Yes, please give us clanners something to shoot at lol. By not including any rewards for the IS for this weekends event was pretty dumb of them.

There has been 2 weekend events in a row that were IS centric. It's not unrealistic to focus on the clans now.

I don't have Wave 1 or 2 (Wave 3 I am getting though), so I'll be in my Steiner Scout lance like usual.

They're still giving me 300mc and 3 days perm time. Do you remember year ago to get 300mc you had to be in the top 5 of 10,000+ players event?

The next one will be a Resistance event.... Its not even a hard thing to figure out even if you are halfway through your second 30 pack of the day.

As stated the last two events truly only benefited a small portion of the IS population, and no CW was needed and in fact it didn't count if they dropped in CW. This event, someone like me who has all of Clan wave 1 and wave 2 and has all the (I) mechs cant make full use of the event because i'm in an IS loyal unit. So I get screwed even though I paid the money and purchased the mechs. Then Russ tweets out this BS - https://twitter.com/...594491913392128 just expecting us to all leave our buddies behind, throw loyalty out the window and say screw it for the almighty cbill.

I love this game, and won't stop playing it because of little things like this, but still, this event obviously showed a big lack foresight on PGI's part.

Agree with some of the others - this is not screwing anyone. Everyone can get some stuff just for playing CW, and more people playing CW can only be good no matter how you look at it.

There are some optional rewards available if you make a certain faction choice and that faction does great, and there are some additional even better optional rewards available if you spent a bunch of money a while back.

The first one is good because those factions could use the help right now.

The second one is good because it's a nice thank you to people who spend money.

The next event will pretty certainly be an IS event. I'm also fairly certain the clan waves were released before the Resistance ones, and the Pheonix was after the founders -- kind of seems like they are just going in some sort of weird order by the time things were released/offered. I know that must seem like sheer lunacy and all..........

The fun part is that turret drops don't give a high enough point score to count...

Now obviously when the mercs majorly left the clans the clans suffered and that has created the current issues for certain clans in particular. That issue needs to have been addressed and this was a poor way of doing it.They should be encouraging faction loyalty, not trying to drive people to switch whenever 'needed'. A strong core of players in each faction will be the biggest help to CW.

Also the rewards this time around specifically hurt IS pilots who have bought the clan packs since they CANNOT USE THEM in CW. So for those who have spent gobs of cash on MWO to now get shafted is harsh and of course is going to make a lot of people angry.

All the other contests lately have not been for CW (& I doubt the next one for the resistance pack will be CW focused either) and so didn't screw out clan players who are founders or phoenix owners. This is the first event to screw part of the player base (own clan wave 1, but are IS pilots).

Wonder if all the Project Phoenix owners will sue then? We just heard how all the Phoenix stuff was supposed to be exclusive and guess what was in that? LP bonus IS medallions.

PGI figured they would get everyone to swap to clans for a bit, not factoring in the fact that it'll be the same problem as before except in reverse.

IS loyalists need some rewards imo.
