so if for some reason the clans are not put in play or they are but not as a playable faction then what will you do, will you go lone wolf ? would you fight as a merc if so witch unit ? would you side with a "freebirth" o im sorry i mean great house of the inner sphere an if so witch ?

IS itself is not a faction. It is a collection of a bunch of factions, which are called different houses. "Inner Sphere" is mainly an area of space/planets, which is being fought over houses in that area. The houses, such as my House Steiner, are the "factions".

Well they said if you simply go Mercenary and NOT side exclusively with 1 House, then you will get a bigger paycheck. But I don't think you'd enjoy the game as much because I myself like faction vs faction wars.(ie Alliance vs Horde) I will be siding with a faction and be strictly fighting its enemies regardless of the paycheck. I'm sure I'll get paid well enough with Premium+Founder Mechs.

I'll fight for whoever pays me the most.
Until they either run out of money or someone else pays me more.

No allegiance preferably, as I don't want to limit myself to only being able to suck money from one faction.
Unless an allegiance nets me more cash.

To make it worse they always have about 80 posts on the forum. You would think by about the 20th post someone would read the developers own blog. Read some facts and the genuine status of the game.

It would take about 30 minutes to update ones own brain.

Didnt know RPing was a quality people were looking for to shoot things. Last time I checked it was being able to put a pipper over a target and pull the trigger. Let me know when roleplaying nets Cbills and XP, until then, well it will never happen.

hmmmm, OOC in regards to the OP, I would go "merc" and Role Play to the Nth degree that is was a Jade Falcon unit

or indeed solaris too, as an old, but still leathal Clanner owing the arena !
