My Clan account was not effected by the negative quirks.
They also brought the positive quirks on the Stalker and Firestarters down a little, (Though they need to come down a little more still)

This is true, on all accts. And the TDR needs to be addressed, though I'm not sure who would wail more like a maiden protecting their virginity-...... IS Schmucks needing their Thud-Crutch, or Clan-Bads with their VomitWolf and PukeCrow.
Buncha whiny little girls on both sides.

All I see in CW right now is a field of enemy ECM... Hellbringers and Summoners... so much ECM... and EVERYOne has Gauss.... I think even saw a Kit Fox with Gauss....
Thats all there is right now.... ECM and Gauss

I'm totally neutral. Unaligned through the history of BattleTech and unaligned now.
The Timber is the most downright versatile mech in this game right now bar none. Despite the laser nerfs it is still tier 0.
The Crow has taken more of a hit due to its lower weight but overall it's still top of tier 1.
I understand your tears because the clans lack good alternatives but at the same time it's no excuse to allow god tier mechs.
The nerf is fine and it should stick.
See what Wave 3 brings. The new mechs should soften the blow.

Since your spelling and syntax are obviously compromised by your rage, I will try to interpret your post;
" I'm upset that I spent lots of money and you aren't catering to me as much as you have in the past".
In reality, depending on the quality of the next pack, all PGI is saying is that they can't keep the same mechs "pay to win enough" for too long before they move on to the next group. Otherwise it really is pay to win.

Exactly why I asked for a refund, no point paying when I can just wait for PGI to knee jerk (again) and nerf the crap out of them.

But you have to ask yourself what the problem is (for you)?
Do you feel like you're paying for "clan power"? Is that why you bought Wave 3?
I'm sorry but within this environment PGI is doing the best it can to balance a whole clusterfrig of stuff when it comes to IS vs Clan. If you bought into the clans just to be all powerful and godly then I'm sorry but they are trying to rectify the years of BattleTech mistakes.
Clans are a certain "flavour" and right now I like that flavour and customisability they have. Power? No way. We're in 2015 now not 1995.
Love them or hate them, PGI are almost managing to do something that no-one else has done before - balance IS vs Clans.

No I already felt that IS was slightly more powerful, so them nerfing the clan mechs (none of which I had ridden in weeks) was sort of a wake up call.
The IS mechs are a HELL of a lot easier to drive, going back to clan today is like playing on hardmode.

Yeah, the only mech I can do that in now is the lOPcust. My CW TW build didn't get hurt at all. Four ASRM6 and 5 Small Pulse. Still kills tons of stuff and jumps around like the mad hatter. I see nothing to complain about with these nerfs.

To be fair I find driving clan mechs easymode in PUGlandia. I know CW might be different but I can't bear to play that mode.
PGI ARE doing ok with balancing. The only problem is overquirking some of the IS mechs.
I'm right with that last statement, you know I am.
