So I can get MechWarriorOnline.exe launcher to open, when I click play I get this error.
http://puu.sh/i4xUR/f4a0e47c50.jpg

Even though in Bin64 fmodex64.dll is already there?

I've ran the repair tool in administrator mode multiple times, and I've copied / cut fmodex64.dll into the Bin32 folder but when I do that I get a new error "can't find fmod_event_net64.dll" then when I bring that over "can't find fmod_event_64.dll" then when I bring that over "can't find ts3client_win64.dll"

When I run MechWarriorOnline.exe launcher off of Desktop rather than Bin32 (where it originally was) I get this error http://puu.sh/i4y7X/51d31392e5.jpg, I ran Microsoft .NET 4.5.2 repair but didn't fix it. the details part contains this; http://pastebin.com/XdZvPqgK

When I run MechWarriorOnline.exe in the Bin64 folder I get the same error as the desktop
error: http://puu.sh/i4yjJ/20d724215d.jpg
details: http://pastebin.com/YnBRqYB5

I can't run the BootstrapSentinel.exe as it crashes straight away, in both Adminstrator Mode / normally running it

Running the MWOClient.exe tells me to run MechWarriorOnline.exe

I've played MWO in the past but uninstalled and am trying to install it now but i'm getting all these errors.

any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Looks like a new one ... hmm.

Did you try running the game with the 32bit-client (upper-right corner of the launcher, little cog-icon) ?

I think I read somewhere that the .NET framework repair can behave weirdly and that it's best to completely uninstall and reinstall it but have no idea where I read that. A quick google-search suggests however that this has nothing todo with the .NET framework.

Did you try a complete re-download of the game ? The repair tool should replace any missing/mismatched files but you never know.
Your AV-software might also be interfering with the installation, try turning it off until the game is fully installed.

I tried the 32-bit version like you said but it didn't work, but no error message which was nice just didn't load anything.

will have to try re-downloading the game tomorrow thanks for the help.

Hi, had some issues with lots of *.dll files error at the 64bits game starts. I had to re-install (or update ?) DirectX, and the problem was resolved for me.

I hope this could help you.

Good luck !

Those aren't links on your desktop, seems like you copied the actual files.

I've tried creating shortcuts but I get the same Microsoft .NET error. I've fiddled around a bit cutting and pasting / repairing the launcher .exes.

Try registering the DLL

Open an elevated command prompt

change directories to the location of the DLL

and type in:

regsvr32.exe fmode64.dll

Of course, the location of the dll may be important, and I have no info on that.

Also, try contacting technical support via email.
