Here they are:

Arctic Cheetah: 52.03M

Shadow Cat: 51.2M

Executioner: 24.45M*

*Approximated using MWO Jump Jet Forumla

So yes, these mechs (mostly the Shadow and the Arctic) will be the Most Mobile mechs.

The Executioner I'm still skeptical (JJ Class l) onto high fast it'll jump. Maybe they can give it average burn time so that it isn't gimped like the highlander, but also prevents Poptarts.

Oh don't worry, I'm sure it will hover up there in less than 30 seconds.

On a serious note... Fix class II JJs ffs for two tons they're worth nothing.

Rest assured that the Executioner will fly slightly higher than a Highlander.

Isn't the Hig bugged though? The Whale lifts off the moment you hit the Jumps. The Hig kind of rumbles a bit, eating up half the fuel, then finally starts moving up.

That is what he means; some HGNs can have 4 and 5 JJs, yet the Glad will probably fly higher because of that animation.

They've been like that since before Clan mechs. Do they really hate the Higs that much?

They gave that cash shop on more armour...so it's got that going for it.

Cyclops will be here to replace it eventually, unless HoverJets™ are ever fixed.

The Shadow Cat's stock loadout is already a premiere poptart. Hope this fact doesn't cause its JJ to come pre-nerfed.

It's also underarmoured and lacks ammo. It shouldn't be affected.

By that at least. Especially since they can't quirk JJs yet, so they'd be blanket nerfing a lot of mechs.
