Figured I would ask since I seem to be missing.... where the hell did the upgrade button go? (IE.add artemis, upgrade structure, upgrade armor, upgrade to double heat sinks)

Upgrade panel was moved to loadout, below the mech components (head, ct and so on). At least in the "not expanded" view.

If you're using expanded view, just click the upgrade you want. They don't have a separate tab.
