3 days later it's a dog rather than a wolf. The TBR-A Timberdog hits the ground after some serious quirk love from the developers.
So my question is this - I bought something - I knew what I was buying - then it wasn't - my wolf turns to dog.... is this fair I ask myself. If I'd gone into Walmart - bought a cuddly wolf toy and get up the next morning and its turned into a dog I'd be going back the the store that day for a refund!
Any thoughts?

Well...
Wolves did turn into dogs, when we domesticated them.
Mad Cat is still a top tier mech and besides, it's clearly stated in the EULA that all mechs are subjects to constant change without prior notice.
I, for one, think they weren't nerfed enough. Still could use some bashing with a nerfbat.

If you paid real money for your Mad Cat, and you want a refund, then ask for a refund.

The thing is I love the game and want to support PGI financially, so I'm not going to ask for my money back. BUT.... will I invest more? The truth is we buy the new mechs to get a perceived small advantage for a short time and for that we pay cash. It's just bad business on PGIs side to disincentivise people from buying... why buy when you know next week it's going to be nerfed.
To bring out new variants for cash and blatantly nerf them days later just isn't good business.

the only way to show your dissatisfaction will be to ask for the refund!
You may be able to buy somthing else but when i did refund somthing from pgi i was asked for reasons and my answer became a personal answer from the Support...
