No Firebrand, really? Out of 11 hero's I have the only one good for this is the TDK. LOL, until that thing sees some love it's collecting dust in my mechlab.

Seriously, could we get real price? A Mechbay for the Top 5 is kinda bad, 500 Mc was already bad but right now it's just ridiculous. A top 5 players will mostly play for a bunch of hours to get there, it would be nice to get something more significant.

Why all the complaints about an event that gives bonus to C-bills? They don't have to run anything. They could run events that are a lot harder to achieve items. They ran events where if you got a match score of 30 you got stuff... basically giving stuff away ad long as you play. So, this weekend doesn't give you anything. I am sure they will have another one next weekend that does.

The event is obviously going with the oldest hero's first. Newman just stated there'll be more hero based events.

Well going to be interesting to see the scores, I suspect it will be similar to the HBK but probably higher given the wang has a higher RoF with the AC20 + better maneuverability.

It will be a reasonable challenge I think, if you play the wang right you can get pretty crazy scores in it, I would estimate at least 3,200 for the top 5, would not be surprised to see someone hit 3,500..

I should warn you, I see the wang as one of my best mechs so you might have a challenge

I have no hero mechs.
And it looks like nothing up for grabs for regular mechs.
I guess I will be skipping this weekend and actually do some work around the house.

Same here, over 230 drops and my highest consistant KDR /Damage 'Mech. I always say its the simple loadout and agility thats suits me. 6-700 damage and 3-4 kills isn't that unusual. Then again now that i've said that everyone and there granny will be gunning for me LOL.

In most Hero mechs you need to be a Hero to get it to perform well. All of those P2W cries tends to nerf the Heroes a bit.
