This thread is for the posting of Lego models related to Battletech in some way. Post as you see fit either with comments of other's creations or with your own. (Though I fully expect this to be a rather quiet thread).

Here's my Dire Wolf Prime.

Yes, 5 tube lrm launcher, it was a limitation provided by the material. Just imagine it shoots all tubes twice. And arm weapons have my own artistic shuffle to make the model a bit easier to proportionally construct.

Thats some serious dedication! Good job! How big is it? Its hard to tell without much to compare it to in the pic. Looks like maybe a 1 to 1.5 feet tall?

I looks to be like 9 inches, I might be wrong but when you've sent this long with lego you get good at guessing.
Inb4 I'm so wrong.

Very nice! The DireWolf is my fav mech! I wish I knew how to move pictures from my phone, onto my computer, and then somehow get them on the forum.

It is, after getting a ruler, 9.5 inches in height. I'll see about adding a shot of the back tomorrow if I get time. Maybe I'll get a better camera too  my phone isn't all that great for it.

not bad at all! Try experimenting with greebling (putting studs facing not on top and having lots of little doodads that look important, and experiment with different joint techniques. These can potentially change the way pieces work for you dramatically.
