Greetings PGI,
I have found a bug regarding Elite-level Highlander HGN-HM Heavy Metal module slots.
At elite level you have available:
- Mech Module x1
- Weapon Module x2
- Mech/Weapon Module x1
I previously had equipped:
- Target Info Gathering (Mech Module)
- AC5 Cooldown 5 (Weapon Module 1)
- ER Large Laser Cooldown 5 (Weapon Module 2)
- Radar Deprivation (a Mech Module in the Mech/Weapon Module slot)
... and I was changing it to:
- Radar Deprivation (Mech Module)
- AC5 Cooldown 5 (Weapon Module 1)
- ER Large Laser Cooldown 5 (Weapon Module 2)
- SRM6 COOLDOWN 5(SRM6-CD5) (a Weapon Module in the Mech/Weapon Module slot)
However, the SRM6-CD5 module bugs out in the dual Mech/Weapon Module slot with the Radar Deprivation module continuously slipping back down into the Mech/Weapon Module slot (over the TOP of the SRM6-CD5 module) and vacating the Mech Module slot.
MechLab also gives me critical module-slot error warning and I cant drop.

UPDATE:
Playing around, I have managed to get the SRM6-CD5 Module to save in the Mech/Weapon Module IF there is no MECH MODLE FITTED.
The moment I try fit any Mech Module, it wants to jump down into the dual Mech/Weapon Module slot (vacating the Mech Module slot) and creates the critical module error, invalidating my mech.
It may be the RADAR DEPRIVATION module in fault as other Mech Modules successfully save into the Mech Module slot, whereas Radar.Dep keeps wanting to jump down into the Mech/Weapon Module slot.

OK, I managed to get Radar Deprivation to stay in the Mech/Weapon Module slot, but I had to drop with a different Mech Module in the Mech Module slot first and then pull that out and refit the Radar.Dep module post-match.
Module now saves in the correct position.
Might be a MechLab saving bug.
